Targray supplies an all-inclusive product portfolio that gives our optical media customers a significant
competitive advantage through lower overall costs. Our product line encompasses all major raw materials needed to make discs as well as replication equipment production consumables. We supply all of the disc raw materials, including: Polycarbonate, CD Lacquer and DVD Bonding Adhesives, and a complete assortment of sputtering targets.
- Polycarbonate: Targray has partnered with Styron to supply polycarbonate to optical media manufacturers.
- Lacquer and bonding: Targray branded CD Lacquer and DVD Bonding Adhesives are widely used around the globe in pre-recorded and recordable disc manufacturing facilities.
- Targets: Our sputtering target portfolio is extensive with all designs available in aluminum alloy, fully licensed silver alloys, pure silver, silicon and copper aluminum. Several major replicators exclusively use targets from Targray.
In addition to the disc raw materials, Targray also supplies a full line of production consumables to support all of the common manufacturing lines. Our complete range of production consumables includes: suction cups and grippers, UV lamps and reflectors, filters, lubricants and greases and assorted secondary products such as spare parts.
