REACH Declaration
REACH is the EU regulation concerning the Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. The essence of this regulation is that manufacturers and importers of chemical products in amounts of 1 MT or more per year must register these products with the ECHA.

To ensure that we fully comply with the REACH regulations, Targray conducted a thorough analysis of our entire product line. Following this evaluation, Targray completed the pre-registration of all required products. To obtain a copy of the pre-registration confirmation letter, please contact your Regional Sales Manager or the REACH team.
The REACH regulation contains a list of SVHCs, Substances of Very High Concern, which require special treatment due to their known and identified hazards. At present, none of the products supplied by Targray contain any of these SVHCs. As other substances may be added to the SVHC list, Targray will continue to monitor this list to ensure that we are always in compliance with REACH.
