In response to market demand, Targray and long time partner TCD Ltd. are pleased to announce the launch of a new Magnetic Stamper Holder (MSH) compatible for use with AWM 3.2 molds and 34 mm stampers.  This latest addition to the product line completes the range of MSHs available for all major CD mold brands.

 

The MSH is a multi-functional product which provides users with the following 4 main benefits:

• "Print To Center" by removing the circular depression opposite the stacking ring.
• Consolidates punch hole sizes in to one standard size (22mm)
• Eliminates problems related to inconsistent plant vacuum (Dropping of Stamper)
• Extends product life by eliminating the fragile lip present on all mechanical stamper holders 

 

All MSHs offered by Targray/TCD provide the user with the ability to convert most mold sizes to run a 22 mm stamper.  This retrofit can be installed (or un-installed) in the time it takes to change a stamper.
