Blu-Ray silicon mastering substrates
Targray is ready to support Blu-ray disc replicators with silicon mastering substrates. We have stock available and are ready to support your Blu-ray mastering needs. Our substrates fully met the OEM specifications and have been OEM verified. Our silicon wafers are stocked in standard cassettes containing 25 wafers. Wafers are packed and sealed in clean room conditions. Contact your Targray account manager for more information.
