Potting, Sealing and Adhesives

Targray is proud to collaborate with Momentive Performance Materials to provide Solar-industry specific sealant, adhesive and potting solutions. Silicone sealing and adhesive solutions have a proven track record against UV degradation and harsh weathering conditions. Additionally, they operate at extremely wide temperature ranges.

Frame Sealants, Junction Box Attach, CPV and Rail Attach Adhesives

Targray offers both 1-component and 2-component silicone sealants and adhesives. Silicone, which is a proven solution, offers protection against environmental ingress, mechanical stress and thermal shock. Silicone has excellent resistance to UV degradation caused by exposure to the sun. In addition, silicone solutions from Targray/Momentive will operate in severe weather conditions and have operating temperatures ranging from -60°C to +204°C / -75°F to +400°F.

Potting Agents

Targray’s line of high performance Potting Agents will enhance the durability and safety of junction box components.  In addition to better electrical insulation and fire resistance, our potting agents will protect by-pass diodes in junction boxes through effective thermal management and weathering properties. Best of all, our Potting Agents have one of the fastest in class curing times to help reduce cycle times in your process.
