Targray supplies a line of PE & PP separators for lithium-ion battery manufacturers and researchers. The materials consist of Polyolefin Separators that are either Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) based. Our battery separator materials contain micro and nano pores to provide excellent ion transportation capabilities within the li-ion battery. They are also offered in a ceramic-coated variety for enhanced thermal deformation resistance and mechanical strength.

Our advanced PP separator has a high shut down temperature and excellent mechanical strength suitable for use in EV batteries and other power cell applications.

Our wet stretch process employs ultra-high density polyethylene to deliver excellent porosity, homogeneous nano-pore structure and excellent strength characteristics.
