Montreal, Canada – Targray has announced Felismina (Mina) De Oliveira as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the latest member of its Senior Management Team.
As COO, Mina will be responsible for Targray’s 24/7 intermodal shipping operations and supply chain strategy, overseeing large transportation fleets throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In addition, she will work closely with CIO Sajindra Jayasena on digital transformation initiatives aimed at driving new efficiencies and lowering carbon emissions.
Mina comes to Targray with 25 years of experience in supply chain management. She brings to the Company extensive leadership in safety, rail and maritime operations, strategic sourcing, and a deep understanding of the intermodal business at major ports and terminals worldwide.
Before joining Targray, Mina held Senior Director positions in Digital Transformation and Global Procurement & Logistics at CSL Group Inc., a leading provider of marine dry bulk cargo handling and the world’s largest owner-operator of self-unloading vessels. Prior to that, she worked for 20 years at CN Rail, where she rose to positions of increasing importance before being named Director of Procurement & Supply Management.
A Montreal native, Mina holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences & Applied Economics from Concordia University, and an Executive MBA from Universite du Quebec a Montreal.
