Stock or custom-made compositions, geometries and purities
Targray provides targets composed of common stock materials or custom-made compositions in a variety of geometries and purities (from commercial grade 99.5% to ultra high 99.9999%).
We offer a wide variety of planar and rotatable sputtering targets used for the active, contact, and transparent conductive oxide (TCO) layers for CIGS, CdTe and Silicon thin film solar cells.
Targray’s manufacturing processes ensure extended life-time, reduced arcing, high density, and low oxygen levels. These processes include vacuum arc melting, hot isostatic pressing (HIP), casting, extrusion and thermal spray.
