People

At the center of our employment philosophy is the belief that every team member is critical to our success. We aim to foster an inclusive and diverse environment where ideas, ingenuity, and a passion for making a difference is supported and recognized.

Governance

Governance

More than just a standard, ethical behavior is a fundamental value that guides our actions and decisions. Our governance structures and risk management systems address a wide range of financial, regulatory, social and environmental risks.

Supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted by all UN Member States provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries in a global partnership.

Targray supports the UN SDGs, and although our business touches many of the SDGs, our impacts are most aligned to SDG 13: Climate Action, SDG 7: Affordable Clean Energy, SDG 5: Gender Equality, and SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.
