Anabelle Gauthier

For over 20 years, Anabelle has mastered her craft as a human resources executive and transformational leader specializing in HR business partnership, organizational development, talent management, change management, and communication. In 1995, Anabelle earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources management from the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières, and since then has held various senior HR positions in numerous companies.

Prior to joining Targray, Anabelle worked at Bombardier, a global rail and jet manufacturer, for 12 years. She rose through the corporate ranks until becoming the Global Head of HR Business Partners & Talent CoE.

In 2022, Anabelle joined Targray as Vice-President, Talent & Culture, later being promoted to Chief People Officer. She is responsible for providing organization-wide strategic direction and oversight for the People & Culture and internal communication functions.

Originally from Trois-Rivières, Quebec, she moved to the greater Montreal region and currently lives with her husband and two children.
