Janine Peter
Chief Financial Officer
Janine is an accomplished international finance executive with experience in both the corporate and banking sectors. She began her academics studying international relations, earning a master’s degree in international relations specializing in international economics, law, politics, and history. She then began her career in banking in Geneva, Switzerland, at BCGE, before moving into the commodities sector at LITASCO SA, an international trading and supply company in the oil industry.
Afterwards, Janine moved to New York, USA when she joined LUKOIL Pan Americas, LLC, part of the LITASCO Group. She held various senior finance positions during her tenure at LITASCO until being named Treasurer for the Americas and joining the regional executive team. Before joining Targray, Janine served as the VP of Finance at AMCI Group.
During the course of her career, Janine earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and also became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
In July 2022, Janine joined Targray as its CFO. She is responsible for leading the company’s international finance, legal, and risk organization. Originally from Switzerland, Janine currently resides in the United States.
