Mina De Oliveira
Chief Operations Officer
A senior leader of supply chain transformation, Mina has been leading transformative projects within the fields of logistics and operations for over 25 years. In 1998, Mina earned a bachelor of applied science (applied economics) from Concordia University, and then began her career at CN Rail, a Canadian national railway company.
During her tenure at CN, Mina occupied various leadership roles in procurement and supply management in fuel efficiency and engineering material and services. While at CN, Mina also went on to earn an executive MBA degree, specializing in IT, from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Afterwards, Mina joined CSL Group as the Senior Director of Digital Transformation
In 2022, Mina joined Targray as COO, serving as an organizational leader and working cross-functionality with different departments and internal stakeholders to champion best operational practices. As part of her mandate, Mina is tasked with enabling the Operations team to provide business partnership and value amongst all entities of the company.
Mina was born in Montreal and currently resides there with her partner and three teenagers.
