Dow Europe GmbH appoints Targray exclusive distributor for Polycarbonate Optical Media grades in Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. Under this agreement, Targray will sell CALIBRETM 1060 DVD and CALIBRETM 1080 DVD to Optical Media customers as of January 1, 2010.
