Featured Partner OrganizationsTargray is proud to be associated with the following organizations
NAATBatt International is a not-for-profit trade association of companies, associations and research institutions commercializing advanced electrochemical energy storage technology for emerging, high tech applications. NAATBatt’s mission is to promote the commercial interests of our members by supporting developments in the science of and markets for advanced electrochemical energy storage technology in North America consistent with the goals of enhancing energy efficiency, reducing petroleum dependence and enabling carbon-free electricity generation. Targray has been a NAATBatt member since 2017.
Founded in 1902 as the American Electrochemical Society, the ECS is a melting pot of scientific and technological disciplines, and of their adherents around the world. The mission of the ECS is to advance theory and practice at the forefront of electrochemical and solid state science and technology, and allied subjects. To encourage research, discussion, critical assessment, and dissemination of knowledge in these fields, the Society holds meetings, publishes scientific papers, fosters training and education of scientists and engineers, and cooperates with other organizations to promote science and technology in the public interest. A sustaining member of the society since 2016, Targray supports ECS members through the supply of advanced materials and chemicals for battery manufacturing & research.
Canadian Renewable Energy Association
The Canadian Renewable Energy Association is the voice for wind energy, solar energy and energy storage solutions that will power Canada’s energy future. We work to create the conditions for a modern energy system through stakeholder advocacy and public engagement. Our diverse members are uniquely positioned to deliver clean, low-cost, reliable, flexible and scalable solutions for Canada’s energy needs.
The Canadian Renewable Energy Association advocates on behalf of the wind energy, solar energy and energy storage industries to benefit Canada’s economy and energy future. It strives to increase stakeholder understanding that renewable electricity and energy storage are clean, low-cost, reliable, flexible and scalable solutions for Canada’s energy needs.
Argonne National Laboratory
Argonne is a multidisciplinary science and engineering research center, where scientists and engineers join forces to answer the biggest questions facing humanity, from how to obtain affordable clean energy to protecting the earth’s environment. Born out of the University of Chicago’s work on the Manhattan Project in the 1940s, The Argonne laboratory’s stated goal is to “make an impact from the atomic to the human to the global scale.” Targray collaborates with Argonne battery & energy storage researchers by providing them with the latest available battery material technologies for research and testing purposes.
The Battery Show
The Battery Show Exhibition & Conference is a showcase of advanced battery technologies for a wide array of applications. Expert-led Conferences are held alongside the exhibition to provide a holistic view of what’s driving the demand for energy storage with discussions exploring light/heavy duty hybrid technologies, automotive battery trends, XEV battery pack design, grid scale battery systems and next generation materials. Targray has been an exhibitor at the Battery Show on numerous occasions, most recently at Battery Show 2016 in Novi, Michigan.
IIT Bombay Racing
Targray is pleased to be a sponsor and supporter of the IIT Bombay Racing team, a multidisciplinary group of students building an electric-powered race car for the annual IMechE Formula Student competition in the UK. In 2019, the team achieved a 4th place finish among all Formula Student EV contest participants, earning it the highest ranking in India.
